I'm having severe pain in my lower right abdomen. i've had a hysterectomy yet only have my left ovary. i've had an appendectomy. i was told i had an ovarian cyst on the left side, so what is causing the pain on the right?

Depends: How long ago was the surgery? If recent, they may have accidentally left an instrument or sponge in, or it could be a complication related to surgery. Otherwise, it could be something else, and you should see your doctor.
