Adhesions: It sounds like you may have developed adhesions. Adhesions are similar to scar tissue within the body, which can make future surgery around the area very difficult. You might consider seeing your doctor to determine if there is any other medical way to treat your ovarian cysts.

Try birth control: Ovaries are supposed to make cysts (follicles-that contain an egg) every month. Sometimes the cysts can grow too large or bleed when they open, causing pain. An easy way to treat this without surgery is to use birth control pills which suppress the ovaries and should help keep them from making cysts.
