I have an ovarian cyst on my left ovary and measures 7cm x 7cm. i have been in varying amounts of pain plus i have other health issues. i am waiting for a date for a full hysterectomy but it now hurts so bad some days - should i go to a & e?

An ovarian cyst of the dimensions described may cause severe pain, especially if torsion (twisting, which cuts off blood supply) occurs. There are other causes for one sided abdominal pain, but go to an ER for evaluation, b/c torsion of an ovary needs immediate attention.
