With 2 diagnosis: It can be difficult to determine the source of the pain. A stone causes pain when it obstructs the ureter, it may be the source of the back pain. A 5 cm simple cyst typically is asymptomatic or causes mild discomfort. The main issue causing severe back pain is likely the stones. Cervix is generally removed with the hysterectomy, not important. I would go in for pain management, stones 1 priority.

Laparascopy: You didnt mention your age or reason for hysterectomy. Simple cysts on ovaries may resolve with birth control pills.
