I am 8 wks pregnant based on lmp, but think i am closer to 7 based on conception date. at my u/s, saw a yolk sac, no fetal poles. have i miscarried?

Time will tell: Your dates may be off some, or you might have what is called a blighted ovum. Fertilization occured, the egg started to divide, but then something went wrong (very common) and a sac formed but no embryo. Most doctors will advised you that this might have occured and if you start spotting then you miscarried.
