7w3d pregnant but ultrasound showed 6w4d fetal pole, gest sac and yolk sac. hb 141. sure of ovulation date. any explanation or headed for miscarriage?

Sounds normal: The measurement of the sonogram fits well within the margin of error of your calculated gestational age based on your suspected date of ovulation. A 5 day margin of error is typical of a first trimester ultrasound. Unless there is more information we do not know it sounds like you have a normal sonogram
