I am 6wk 3 days preg i had an ultrasound i am measuring 4 wk. 6 days with no yolk sac and no fetal pole just a gestational sac. am i miscarrying ?

Maybe: That is very suspicious for something called a blighted ovum. The only way to know for sure is to follow with more ultrasounds to see if there is any further growth.
