ultrasound at 7weeks 4days pregnant showed single live fetus and yolk sac with heartbeat of 171bpm. what are the chances of miscarriage after this?

Same as everyone: The ultrasound findings you describe are normal. So you would have NO increased risk of a miscarriage based on the the study. Your risk would be related to other factors like prior history of miscarriage. If you are concerned about miscarriage, speak with your Obstetrician.
