Another BHCG: The best way to know what is going on with the pregnancy it to have another bhcg level drawn. The number should double every 48 hours. If it is staying the same or declining the pregnancy is probably not going to continue. If it is on the rise then perhaps the ultrsound was just too early to detect the gestational sac and heartbeat.
