How do you feel?: There is no rule that says it can't go that fast, but it's more than expected. It's possible your monitor is "double counting" the beats, which is not uncommon because it misinterprets the electrical impulse of your heart. Do you have a fast heart rate at rest? Do you have palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, passing out or chest pain? If you have those, see your doc to check rhythm.
