Center chest pain: You are 23 years old and no other medical problems. Does the pain radiate to any other place like left arm, jaw or neck ? What kind of chest pain is it , burning stabbing or pressure type ? Does it hurt when you press your rmiddle of the chest ? Most likely it is costochondritis i suggest that you see your dr or at least have an ekg'.
