You: answered your own question....If you are well trained and fit your max pulse rate is an INDIVIDUAL , NORMAL (for YOU) finding....Most fitness program ask you to increase your RESTING pulse to a certain level...the maximum pulse rate at full exercise mode is VARIABLE not FIXED...
