Diagnosed with graves disease, in remission. heart rate extremely high during exercise - i am fit - work out everyday. reaches 180/190bpm during run. thats more than max heart rate. is this an issue. should i see cardiologist?

Try to dial back the intensity of your exercise. If your resting heart rate is less than 80, your heart rate with exercise may be due to strenuous activity. It is good that you exercise. Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!

I would recommend backing off the caffeine and alcohol because these substance cause Cardiac Irritability - even though you may not notice a direct cause and effect relationship, it is worth reducing your intake to see if your symptoms improve. Follow up with your Primary Care Physician and Endocrinology Specialists for initial screening of your symptoms.
