I have rolled/sprained my ankle again its like the 13 time in the past six months docs say the bones are fine. what could be wrong?

Tendon injury: A sprain is an injury to the tendon of variable degree. If you have that much instability of the ankle then more than likely you have a significant ligament tear and an MRI would be indicated. See a foot and ankle specialist.
