Have you had: an attempt to treat the recurrent pain conservatively??? This would involve an evaluation by a PHYSIATRIST and Physical therapy evaluation / treatment ?? My opinion only, this must be tried first. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z

Had a spinal fusion of L5 S1 in 2007. Starting to experience same symptoms as before op. Lower back pain spreading down my left buttocks and leg. Leg feeling weak and foot going numb/tingling when I sit for long periods, like in traffic.
Bone spurs in my neck, a couple bulging discs and mild spinal stenosis in my lumbar. Could this cause a pinched nerve?
