Diurnal fluctuation : In the normal non glaucomatous eye, the eye pressure fluctuation varies 5 mmhg or less in 24 hours. In glaucoma the fluctuation may be substantial, depending on many factors. Treatment helps not only with lowering eye pressure, but also decreasing the fluctuation. Follow up appointments at different times of day sometimes catches these. Your pressure came down nicely and the 2 point difference ok.
