Good afternoon doctors! Eye question please. How high does intra-ocular pressure have to be over how long in order to be concerned about glaucoma surgery/treatment? How bad do your eyes have to appear in order to absolutely need cataract surgery?
I have glaucoma and had cataract in my left eye removed. Brimonidine, ketorolac, dorzolamide and xalatan are my drops. Will the dark circles under my eyes and eyelid darkness be permanent? I suffer from chronic high eye pressure?
Eye surgery for congenital cataracts age 5. My iop now at 28 is usually 20-22 every year. However my cornea thickness is 585 and OCT is normal. I am at higher risk for glacial given the surgery but is that pressure concerning or not given my corneas?
