Yes you do. You need to see am ophthalmologist who will diagnose whether it is closed or open angled and treat you otherwise you may damage your vision. Pl do that

By UPTODATE: Although there is no clear consensus regarding a threshold IOP for initiation of treatment, in our experience, most clinicians would initiate treatment in a patient with two instances of IOP above 25 mmHg, although some would do so for two instances of IOP above 22 mmHg. Do you have closed angle or open angle by eye exam because the risk factors are different between these two types?

You should have close and repetitive followup visits with an ophthalmologist, as the intra-ocular pressures should be monitored and your visual fields should be watched. A decision for treatment will be in the hands of a trusted eye expert.
