Dad, 85,treated for glaucoma for 20 ys. eye pre. well controlled with drops. as father's glaucoma is advanced,his glaucoma specialist told me oct & field test are not reliable after 85,only eye pressure monitoring is needed. change dr or 2nd opinion?

I would doubt there are many glaucoma specialists on this forum. I am not sure why you are doubting the specialist in this scenario, but if you are uncomfortable, then get a second opinion with another eye specialist.
