Head Pain: After 7 days, if you are not experiencing any relief, it is time to seek the opinion of your doctor. You should know that 800 mg of ibuprofen is maximum dose. You would not want to remain on that dose for very long without risking side effects. Check with your doctor. You may be in need of further testing.
