Discuss with Psychiatrist • Diagnosis of Anxiety, Depression or both for which Lexapro (escitalopram) was prescribed • Discontinue Lexapro (escitalopram) 5mg/day if you have taken it for more than a month • Tylenol for headache • Therapy for stresses in your life • Breathing and Music Relaxation • Visual Imagery • Meditation • Tai Chi
