Good day dr, i hope youre well. ive recently been diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism and thus have been placed on an anticoagulant(xeralto). im feeling like im starting to get sick (sore throat/blocked nose) can i get something over the counter?

Over the counter: Avoid any products containing aspirin; otherwise, otc meds for colds are fine.
