Lumps: Hard round balls can be caused to ingrown hair, sebaceous cyst, abscess, lymph node & lipoma, among other conditions. Check w/your Family Doc & Dermatologist if it doesn't go away.

Chronicles Of Hernia: Sounds like a hard round ball between your navel and pubic bone.Then again, it could be a small hernia in that area, especially if it is closer to your navel than described. If not that, it depends on how much, how-you-say, adipose you have there (i.e. 'fat'). Sometimes it can bunch-up like that, but both are unusual in the area you describe.If it lasts over a month or starts to hurt, see a doc
