Normal issues: When a laproscopic appendectomy is done, one of the holes they make is under the belly button to insert the camera to see what they are doing. This is a common place to make an incision and the ball you feel at your belly button is just some scar tissue and inflammation that will get better with time. Just monitor the situation and if you see redness or warm and pain then tell your doctor about it
