?hernia: may be a hernia . Especially if its worse when straining and doing things like sit ups. Otherwise tumors and lymph nodes should be considered. a CT scan or US may help with evaluation.

Hernia: Sounds like a hernia. Best to see your primary care provider for an examination to find out. May or may not need imaging such as ultrasound or ct scan. Timing of examination depends on length of time it has been present, and severity of symptoms. Hope this helps!
