Wound still healing: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal via scope) requires several incisions/holes, one of which is through the belly-button (see picture). Scarring is something you only get to see on the outside, but occurs inside as well. The healing may not be complete and internal organ/intestine rubbing on it on/off which may cause some discomfort. As long as it getting better, u r ok. Good luck.
