I had my gall bladder 4 weeks ago. the wounds are healing but i have pain at the belly button and a hard lump under the incision. normal?

Normal: This is part of the normal healing process. Frequently referred to as the healing ridge. Its the inflammatory portion of the normal wound healing phase. Should become soft in 6-8 weeks, but variability exists. If in the future you feel a lump, it could be a hernia, especially if you can push it in to the abdomen.
