Why 200 lbs? : Why do you want to weigh 200 lbs? Best would be to eat more calories in healthy fats as in nuts, lean protein, complex carbs as in whole & multigrain, and plenty vegetables. Must lift heavy weights so your gain is in muscle mass - otherwise, all you gain is fat, & that's not good. Consider seeing a dietitian, &/or physical trainer with certified nutrition education.
