Joint pain+weakness: Please see your physician for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon if necessary. Hopefully, it is an overuse syndrome and will improve with rest. It is a good idea to rule out entrapment of peripheral nerves causing pain, too. Try splinting your wrist with an ACE bandage, tape, or an OTC splint to reduce pain. Sounds scary, but treatable. Weakness + finger dysfunct. not from pain needs evaluation.

Follow up with PCP: Follow up with a PHysician. It could be something such as carpal tunnel syndrome, but it could be another neurologic or orthopedic condition. See your Physician for more tests and studies.
