Weight control: There many factors that contribute to an unhealthy body weight distribution. Notice i emphasize the body composition not weight. Lower body fat should be your goal. Eat frequent (5-6) small portion meals. Drink plenty of water, at least 32 oz per day. Get enough deep sleep. This helps the body recover from stress of all sorts which is the main source of poor diet and fat accumulation.
