It depends: I am not necessarily worried it may turn in to cancer but rather that the biopsy did not sample the tissue in that mass that is malignant. If the mammogram is very worrisome for cancer but the FNAB gave those results then your doctor may consider rebiopsy. Keep in mind FNA biopsy is less reliable than core-needle biopsy
