Minimal possibility: Soft, movable, painless, slowly growing masses are often bening. However, malignancy risk is always present, but often <1%. Characteristics that suggest malignancy include: pain, rapid growing, irregular, hard, fixed mass.

Low risk. : Hi:) its unlikely, soft, movable... your age, this information does not generally correspond to malignant anatomy, however the risk of malignancy is always present. Take care.
