It is hard to say: You didn't mention how old she is. Hypoechoic is not sounding anechoic. There is a difference. One may be a cyst the other is a cyst. Cyst can have debris and be hypoechoic but I would need more information to be more definitive with a yes or no answer.

There is: not enough information to make an assessment.The probability of malignancy depends on various ultrasound features that should be described in the report. Also, there should be a BIRADS code at the end of the report which summarizes the radiologist's assessment of the chance of malignancy. Merely knowing that a hypoechoic nodule is present doesn't narrow it down. It could be benign or suspicious
