Unlikely: Sarcomas are very rare tumors, and usually don't present like this. If you're worried, you could request that one be removed to make sure, or that all are removed. Multiple small lipomas can continue to form. They have nothing to do with gastritis. Hope this helps!

It is soft and squishy on the left side. I've had it about a year in a half. It moves easily. Lipomas run in my family so I haven't been to the doctor. Sometimes when I lay on that side I'll feel it shift. It's about the size of a grape.
