It is soft and squishy on the left side. i've had it about a year in a half. it moves easily. lipomas run in my family so i haven't been to the doctor. sometimes when i lay on that side i'll feel it shift. it's about the size of a grape.

I would verify: It is probably a lipoma, based on your description, however I would verify this by having a physician examine it. It may be better to remove it while it is fairly small, as I have seen some lipomas get huge over time!
