I have gastritis & a pea sized lump in my epigastric, left ab area. an ab u/s last week showed that i had some ab lipomas. hiatal hernia or cancer??

Unclear: Do not get carried away. You have not indicated anything that would make me think of hiatal hernia, If this is true this is a dx that may not mean much Many people have these with no problem, Can be important to go back to your doctor or see a GI specialist for interpretation of the test results and futher advice.
