neurofibromas: Most likely they are neurofibromas , not lipomas, it is possible some one in your family may have them also , get one are two removed for biopsy.

Biopsy: There are a few familial syndrome where we see numerous lipomas like these. Have one, two or a few removed and sent for examination by a pathologist. If the others are not cosmetically bothering you and are not causing symptoms by compressing surrounding structures you can safely watch them for growth or change.
