In the u.k they have facilities where you can pay and receive any type of ultrasound you want without a doctors referral, but i cant find anything like this in the u.s, are there facilities like the u.k's here and i am just not finding them?

Kind off: they announce them in the mail and churches and newspaper sometime a mobile truck that go from place to place to screen people from heart and artery disease by using ultrasound to the heart and different arteries in the body, they take only cash and do not required doctor prescription how reliable is a completely different question.
