I am not sure, but i believe that what is being called water in the uterus may well be a fluid build up in your endometrium (lining of uterus). I would call your doctor's office to get more information. I am assuming by the way that this is written that you are not pregnant. If you are, that is a different matter. Sometimes this can be caused my infection. Sometimes it can be caused by malignancy. Your doctor should be able to give you a better idea in the context of your medical history. If there is concern, your doctor could do an enodometrial biopsy. Take care.
