IBS: there is many reason to have a biliary colic after having gallbladder surgery,some can be related to the liver,pancreas,or biliary tree and the sphincter of Oddi.the pain could be related to irritable bowels syndrome IBS that can cause pain similar to gallbladder attack. Stay on light diet,keep your bowel regular,multiple small meal,avoid over indulgence with food,hydrate well and relax ,exercise

Gallbladder removed 3/6/23 (no stones but operating at 15%). Before the removal my liver enzymes had been slowly increasing and are now ALT 193 AST 133 Bilirubin 0.6. CT scan a few days ago was normal as was previous ultrasound. Should I be worried?
