Not necessarily: You have mildly elevated liver enzymes with no apparent structural changes. The workup should continue with thorough review of your diet, etoh, supplements, comorbidities and OTC/ prescribed meds. Also a hepatitis panel should help in finding the reason for your mildly elevated liver enzymes. Ultimately repeating your liver function test in couple of weeks should help in understanding the dynamics
