Frequent gallbladder attacks, normal ultrasound, norm hida, endoscopy/ biopsy show celiac, but bloodwork for celiac is negative. cbc has high lymps.?

You have celiac: If the biopsy was consistent with celiac, you should act as if you have it. If you have not already stopped eating gluten, you should. If you don't feel better off it, i'd be surprised. If the ultrasound and hida don't show gallbladder disease, it's unlikely that the pain you are having is from your gallbladder.

It is likely celiac: About 5 years ago there was a study published in american journal of gastroenterology done in sweden which showed blood antibodies fluctuate in adults even with celiac. Biopsy is still the definitive diagnosis. Try the gluten free diet. You should feel better. Must be 100% gluten free. Even small amounts of gluten will bring on symptoms. Good luck.
