Hard to tell: It sounds as if you have had normal blood testing and ultrasonography? If so, this is unlikely to be your gallbladder. Sometimes, nephrolithiasis or a "kidney stone" can present with the same symptoms. Regardless, you should see your doctor for a proper evaluation as multiple things can present as above.

Further eval needed: It is still possible to be your gallbladder. Have you had a HIDA scan?. A normal ultrasound does not totally exclude gallbladder has the reason for your pain. A HIDA scan evaluates the functionality of your gallbladder. See your doctor for a HIDA scan and further evaluation.
