The x ray results have a minimal pleuro parenchymal fibrasis right apex what does it means?

Scarring: Fibrosis is scarring. The pleura of the lung is the lining. The parenchyma is the lung tissue itself. Apex is the top of the lung. This means that there is mild scarring in the lung tissue and lung lining at the top of the right lung. It is probably from a prior infection. It should be followed by your doctor or by a pulmonologist.
