Usually benign: It shouldn't mean anything serious. RFT refers to checking a blood test for creatinine, if this value is normal then there is nothing to worry about. Parenchymal changes can be due to many normal causes or even from long standing hypertension.

Had ultrasound done on abdomen report said unremarkable liver gallbladder and spleen but said my right kidney was slightly small measured size kidney.
If my kidneys say normal, right side measures 110 mm length, cortical echo genicity normal, parenchyma thickness preserved, hydronephrosis none. My left kidney is 105mm length. Everything else the same as my right kidney. What does it mean?
