It's suspicious.: You shouldn't worry, but you should have a breast exam now and again in 6 months with a repeat mammogram in 6 months. Your mammogram shows that your left breast is not identical to your right breast. There is an area that's more dense, located close to the chest on the side near your breastbone. It could be your normal anatomy, but the only way to know is to follow it over time. I hope that helps!

Start annually age40: Annual mammography starting at age 40 is recommended by majority.
This is recommendation of the american cancer society, the american college of radiology, the american college of obstetrics and gynecology, as well as many others.
If one has relatives (specially first-degree relatives) with breast cancer in young age, screening should start earlier.

Depends: Routine mammograms at your age are not necessary with very rare exceptions. If you have a breast mass, your doc might order a mammogram to look for other problems, but mammograms are not good for evaluation breast lumps. Read that again. Unless you have a terrible family history doing a monthly self breast exam after your menstrual cycle is more than enough at your age.

Try looking online: Years ago, listings used to be available only in printed form. By the turn of the century, lists had become available online everywhere. Now, some lists are only online, and no longer printed. Local medical societies, hospitals, insurance companies usually list medical doctors and imaging (radiology) locations by name, specialty, and insurance plan. Some cities have locations doing mainly mammos.
