Scarring: Please ask your dr for explanation. It could mean mild scarring or atelectasis (usually at the lung base) that is nothing to worry about.

Usuall nothing: Usually means some localized pleural abnormality usually related to old disease or scarring. Could be remnant from pneumonia that was present previously or from old trauma to lung. Sometimes becomes less evident with time.
