June 2023- chest xray- results- biapical pleural-parenchymal scarring and question 1 right lung apex nodule. chest xray was due to having covid in 11/2022. radiologist suggests repeat pa and do apical lordotic views. can covid cause these findings?

I doubt those findings are due to covid-19 infection if there is no abnormal finding in the lower lung fields. Repeat CXR with PA and apical lordotic views may give more information. If you are at risk for tuberculosis exposure in the past, then a tuberculin test should be done. CT scan of the chest may be necessary. Good luck.
