Anything >2 cm ...: You only worry if the node is 2 cm or larger, painless and growing in size(getting bigger over a month of two. Unless it is getting bigger, you do not need to be concerned. But do not chase and look for it daily....once weekly is good enough. if concerned go see a an ENT doctor/specialist.

No exact size: There is no magic number in terms of size. Needs to be correlated with the overall clinical picture. If you have a persistently enlarged node or nodes, see an ENT surgeon for evaluation.
