A member asked:

Ive been told that i have normal nodes in my neck, although theyve been swollen for 2 years and there 1/2 in size and have never changed. does this mean that there normal swollen lymph nodes or that there normal for me to feel because im slim?

I consider those of normal size (not swollen) and they are usually easily found in the neck. Unless there were other history or findings that suggest a problem I would ignore them. You don't try to fix normal.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
